Bernie Feltman General You've stumbled upon a work train with crew quarters. Think of those things on the flatcars as campers. This is a mobile village designed to let the crews live close to the work being performed, especially when the work is in a remote location. One day, perhaps you'll a set like this all set up for the crews and this will make a lot more sense to you 3/11/2010 9:19:17 AM
